At Claire Dublin, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below, we clearly explain our return policy.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing or using the item is not.

Returns resulting from intentionally ordering multiple sizes or variations with the intent to partially return are not accepted.
2. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to return an item:

Submit your return request by emailing support@clairedublin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside of Europe (including China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Claire Dublin is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
3. Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, we will verify that it meets our return conditions.

Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Liability & Responsibility

Claire Dublin is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Any address corrections must be communicated within 24 hours after placing the order.
